Welcome to Zen Intention Massage & Bodywork! It is an honor to welcome you to my little slice of Heaven on Earth. I’ve been dreaming for years of establishing my own practice, and with the help of my friends at Techspresso and Paradigm Leaders, my dream has become a reality. 

My name is Amanda Plummer, and I have studied the art and science of Massage Therapy since 2004. I studied at the SHI Integrative School of Medical Massage in Lebanon, Ohio, and earned my license in 2006. My focus has been on treating deep tissue needs, prenatal massage care, and revitalizing spa treatments. I moved to the Emerald Coast in 2021 with my family, and transferred my license to Florida in 2022.

I have a wonderful husband, two children, a couple of fur-babies, and a deep love of all things beach, sun, sand, and nature. When I’m not with my clients or helping the citizens of Bay County at the Fire and EMS Dispatch Center, I’m on the sand, the water, or around the springs enjoying everything my adopted home has to offer.
